Wow! I never thought it took me this long before I updated this site about my Slimina Diet. I got busy with work and I never got the chance to update you with what’s going on with my diet.

Anyway, today is my 18th day of taking the Slimina diet capsule. As far as I remember, I mentioned that I should be drinking lots and lots of water. Last week, that’s what I did. I just drank water to prevent the feeling of having something stuck in my throat. I just drank water too so that I wont’ feel hungry. There are times though that I get too lazy to stand up and eat something so in the end, I’d eat more but not too much.

Even though I was busy with work, I still found the time to eat regularly. I couldn’t even say that I was eating less food since I noticed that I’m still eating. My appetite’s still the same but my food intake has changed. Before, I could eat 2 cups of rice or more. Now, I only eat 1 cup of rice. I don’t over eat anymore. but I am not too conscious of my food intake.

But despite this daily habit, I was pleased when I went to the weighing scale the other day to check my weight.

Let me just summarize my progress for the last 18 days that I have taken the Slimina diet pills…

May 22 – Day 1 – Started taking the Slimina Diet Pill. Weight: 145lbs
May 23 – Day 2 – no change
May 24 – Day 3 – no change
May 25 – Day 4 - no change
May 26 – Day 5 - no change
May 27 – Day 6 - no change
May 28 – Day 7 - no change
May 29 – Day 8 - no change
May 39 – Day 9 - no change
May 31 – Day 10 – Weight: 142lbs – before dinner. 142.5 lbs – after dinner.
June 1 – Day 11 – Last Blog Update. Weight: 143 lbs
June 2 – Day 12 – Weight: 142 lbs
June 3 – Day 13 – no change
June 4 – Day 14 – no change
June 5 – Day 15 – no change
June 6 – Day 16 – Weight: 141 lbs
June 7 – Day 17 – Weight: 140 lbs
June 8 – Day 18 – Weight: 140 lbs

Yes! You read that right! After 18 days, I’m now 5 lbs lighter. hahaha. No kidding! Although I expected to loose more, I’d settle for that for now. Before, it was really hard for me to loose weight each time I get heavier and no matter how hard I try to control my food intake or get into diet programs, I end up gaining more. But with the Slimina Diet Pills, I think I’m on the right track and let me tell you why.

If you’ve been reading my previous updates, I’ve told you or you might have noticed that I complained about sleeping for only 2 hours since I tend to wake up immediately. This was a great advantage I’ve discovered with the diet pills since I’m a sleepyhead and I couldn’t resist my bed and sleep instead of finding the time to work. When I started drinking it, I no longer feel sleepy and I can withstand it every time I feel sleepy. I still wake up early. If I have enough rest, I wake  up after 2 – 3 hours of sleep. Rarely do I sleep for more than 6 hours. I know this is unhealthy but I needed to do this too due to the demand of my work.

I also don’t mind drinking water and peeing from time to time since I believe that the pill might be trying to dissolve all those fats and get it out of my system through urinating. Then the best part of it is that I can already control my cravings for food.

I envy other forums and sites where I read that they already lost 12-20lbs in a span of one month. I guess those guys were really not eating at all or were really controlling their food intake. As for me, I sometimes can’t resist good food so I guess I deserve not shedding off a lot due to my wrong doings. But one thing’s for sure. I’ll definitely continue to take the Slimina Diet Pills until I get to 100lbs, which was my ideal weight back when I was in college. In fact, I already ordered my second bottle so that I’d be able to receive it just in time when the other one’s consumed.

Right now, I can feel that my jeans are already loose but not quite yet. I’ll definitely know that I’ve lost a great deal of weight if I can get in my favorite jeans back when my weight was still at 130lbs. I also like to hold my shoulders now since my shoulder bones are slowly popping out.

I won’t promise I’d be updating this site regularly but I will definitely try my best. I really can’t wait to raid my sister’s wardrobe after I achieve my goal! With my food intake habit, I expect to achieve my goal in three months. I know I can do better and simply stop eating unhealthy foods. But I can’t help it.
