So I slept earlier at around 8am. I woke up at 11am and then I drank water and drank the Slimina diet capsule. After 30 mins, I took my lunch which consisted of 2 spoons of rice and the left over pork and noodles from last night. Now, I am parched yet I am not standing up from where I’m seated right now since I’m too lazy to stand up.

Will update more later. I guess I’ll just have to drink that water. LOL.

Time check: 1:51pm and the scale tells me I weigh 143lbs. hahaha. I wish I have a digital weighing scale so that I won’t have problems reading my weight! :-)

I realized that I should be drinking a lot of water not only quench my thirst but also to keep me full all the time and avoid looking for food. This realization happened since I ate a lot during dinner time. Well not really a lot. But it was a lot compared to eating 2 spoons of rice from time to time. So the consisted of pork stew and fried eggplant with egg. I also ate 1 apple mango.

After dinner, I noticed my throat was starting to constrict again and my neck was being stretched again. I really had no idea what that was all about. Anyway, I wanted to sleep now which is why I am updating this entry. I hope I don’t wake up early later on.
