Promotional giveaways
Every time I pass by the hallway of our 11th floor office, I envy all the promotional items displayed on the glass shelf near the entrance of our production floor. This shelf showcases all the freebie items our company offers to its customers and even its employees. I’m just sad that I don’t belong to their account. I could pretty much use some of those wonderful items. What I just got from those collection was a stainless mug with colorful rubber for its grip. I got lucky since my ex-supervisor agreed to give the item to me.
I really wonder how our company does it. I mean, they could come up with creative ways to market their products and I wonder if it is costly to order these items.
The reason behind my curiosity is that my friend is going to Italy next month. Their company is sending her for a business convention wherein they will showcase their products while competing with the rest of the global products available elsewhere. My friend asked my help in checking out where they can order merchandise for giveaways at the business conference. I guess they wanted to have the items shipped to Italy instead of rerouting it to their corporate office. This would be hassle free for my friend too since she don’t want to end up bringing all those boxes for the convention.
Actually, we burned her laptop last weekend while trying to check out websites online. The good thing is it lead us to this site called Anypromo.com. The site offers a huge supply of promotional products including bags, business accessories, business and corporate gifts, caps, hats, mugs, office supplies and a lot more. She presented it to their meeting and the last thing I heard was their company have a positive response to the website. It’s just going to be a matter of choosing what items to order since there’s really a lot.
