No Rice diet
hahaha… I decided to try a no rice diet this time. Last Friday, me and my colleague agreed to go on this diet but I cheated on that day and the next day. But last Sunday I really thought seriously about the diet and decided I should get on with it. I am not getting any younger by the day and I want to make sure I stay fit before I hit 30, which would be next year. So before I reach 29 next month, I am making it my personal mission to loose these fats. I was just so sad the my treadmill broke but am also happy upon learning that the store where I bought the machine services broken treadmills. As for my diet, it’s my 4th day already and I survived. I still eat carbs though, from pasta and bread but I’m definitely taking rice out of the picture. Although I love to eat rice so much, I just had to make a few sacrifices every now and then. I hope the treadmill gets fixed so that I can burn these fats faster. Need to have flat absĀ or near to it too but have no idea how to accomplish this one with just a treadmill here. Wish me luck!
P.S. I think I’m 30 lbs over. hehehe

hi…
i’m on a no rice diet since july 17, 2009… i can observe that i’m really losing weight. though haven’t checked on the weighing scale yet…isang basis ko is my skinny jeans, haven’t used them since december…ngayon nagagamit ko na…medyo slow ang effect sakin (as i judge myself sa mirror)…but i feel light…
the thing is, i still eat anything i want kc (in moderation) except rice…i dont eat pork (minsan sa parties, just to satisfy my craving tumitikim ako ng 1-2 slices hehe)..
i could say Nor Rice Diet is Effective…and i will continue…tonight i’ll start eating fruits on dinner…go girl!

hi gorgeousme! yeah, i hope it works. i am planning to hit the treadmill too to speed up the process of losing weight. am still confused if i should also stop eating carbs too. but am still eating anything i want (inlcuding pasta, bread, etc) except for rice. thanks for dropping by!
