food intake

Yesterday, I didn’t eat much. I just consumed bits and pieces of bread and I just hope that my stomach won’t get upset with my food intake. I don’t think I have lost any major pounds but I’m still trying to find my way to hit the treadmill so that the process will be a lot faster. I just hope before October comes I’ll loose like 10 pounds (you wish Daisy!) hahahaha. That way I can wear nice clothing when I check out those Las Vegas Shows at this time of the year.

darling, just focus and u lost pounds u need to discipline yourself avoid eating sweet, no rice and meat only fish and veggies, in 1 week u see the result. headache but try not to eat carbo. it really work…
