Adopting a Pet
After watching Dr. Dolittle last night, my nephew won’t stop bugging me about getting his own pet dog. I knew that sooner or later, he’s gonna ask for one. My sister and I had to go through the whole sermon about the big responsibility involved in taking care of a pet and he assured me that he will be responsible for the pet once we give him one. When I asked him what pet shop we will go, he immediately reacted and said that he doesn’t want one from a pet shop. I thought he was kidding. I mean, where else could we find one? Then he explained that his classmate got their pet cat from Petango.com. He said that there are a lot of pets there that are looking forward to be adopted and he also wanted to adopt a pet dog.
Upon checking out the site, I realized that all the pets at Petango are cared for at reputable shelters across the country, so one is assured that families will be adopting happy, well-loved pets that are looking for a new home.
The posters showing Petango.com – Adopt a cat! and Petango.com – Adopt a dog today! was what triggered my nephew’s classmate to adopt a cat and my nephew really expressed his desire in taking part in giving homeless pets their own home. Honestly, I am really proud of my nephew for doing this.
So to those interested in helping homeless pets get into loving homes you can always visit Petango’s site. You can also follow them on twitter or facebook at the following links:
